Clock face not working

Hi there!  I’ve had my Fitbit charge 2 for maybe 6 months and the clock face is gone.   It still tracks my steps and activity. Still vibrates when I receive text messages.  The display is just black. Is there a fix for this? Any advice helps..

check the settings for the clock face on your mobile, launch app, touch index card in upper right then pic of your charge 2, clock faces. change to anyother face and then force sync (pull down on the main screen) your tracker. Does it light up now?

Nope, I’ve tried everything. Including resetting each device, the
Bluetooth, clock face.. I think the display itself is malfunctioning
