I got this Charge3 back in 2020 as a present. I haven’t used it for 2 years as the strap broke. Now decided to replace the strap and started using it again. I remember I used to be able to change the clock face from various selections but can’t seem to be able to find them. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Hello @Jacomo151 and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit redesigned the app while you were away (Welcome Back!) and the path has changed.  I haven't used a Charge 3 for a while, so this is from Fitbit's Help article.  Tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left > your Charge 3 tile > Gallery.  You should find your clock face options there, but I don't know exactly what it looks like.

Hi LZeeW the marathon racer!

Thank you for your reply!
I’m out from home without my Charge3 😅 but I shall try that as soon as I’m back home.
Appreciate your help!

Kind regards

Thanks for your reply. Yes! Your answer was spot on! I managed to select another face, though I seem to remember there were many more to choose from. (Now only 4 faces in total. )

@Jacomo151  This moderator's reply with screenshots shows the available clock faces at the time.  Did you swipe on the screen?  Your pages might look different, because this is the older app version.  Notice that it's from 2019 and her phone is 3G, ha ha.  I don't have any other suggestions if your screen won't swipe to other options.  Sorry.
