Hey guys, @PassFit, @cyrilcmc734 and @BGreenNZ! I hope doin' fine! When you say that your Charge 2 is slow 2 or 4 minutes, do you mean that is taking that amount of minutes more, to sync? If so, I'd like you to review that there are not too many Bluetooth devices plugged with your phone. Also, I'd like you to try the following:
- Reboot the Bluetooth on your phones
- Restart your Charge 2
