I have cleaned, uninstalled reinstalled rebooted everything that any tech would tell you to do. Ive been having problems since b4 march 2020 then yesterday screen completely Black. I can feel the vibration greenlites on back flashing yet shows nothing..I spent way to much money for this device for it to crap out like this

It has happened twice to me. The replacement suffered the same black screen melt down. Fitbit say they do not have to replace a replacement if it is faulty and they have fulfilled their warranty obligations. I don't agree and I am investing in an Apple Watch. Final slap in the face was Fitbit's very kind offer to give me advice on disposing of my faulty device.
