Loose strap

The strap on my Charge 2 keeps coming off and I’m worried I may lose it. How can I fix it? Can I get a replacement strap?

Hi @Downdie and welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear about your Charge 2 strap. I’m not sure if it can be fixed but you can definitely buy replacement bands at third party sellers, such as Amazon.
