Connecting my Charge HR

  • I bought the Charge HR but when I select Add new device on my app (after removing my old Fitbit) and going through the steps, it gets as far as inputting the numbers then saying connecting ... We apologise this is taking longer than usual please be patient ... Then it says it's unable to connect and to make sure it's 1. Charged, 2. No other fitbits in range and a 3rd option I can't remember what it says ... But I've done all 3 steps and it still says the same thing? Please can someone help me out .... I have a Huawei pro 20lite if that makes a difference and I've changed the settings as recommended on the Fitbit site.
