How do you connect your charge 2 after it has already been worn for a 3 years? I never connected it to the app because I didn’t know how to, but now I am trying to do it and when it is in the synchronizing stage, it is not going through or is taking a long time. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @ParikhDevin the directions for setting up can be found here - click to read. Be sure you have a compatible mobile device or computer to set up and sync. The Charge 2 area where you will find the user manual and related help articles can be found here - click. These devices don't last forever and three years is a good life. You having any battery issues? I've not seen anyone who used the Fitbit without setting it up. Has it worked well for you?
