Constant screen message

Since last night I have a Screen Wake notification message that continues to show on display. I have tried to change the clock face but to no avail. I powered down this morning so smiley face showed but no change- help

Mine started doing the same thing last night, and today it's worse. I've restarted it 3 times, doesn't help. It recorded me in peak heart rate for 227 minutes last night. It's constantly jumping and vibrating from the clock face to screen wake. There's also a pixelated line across the bottom where the steps show. My Charge 3 is only 2 years old.
