Constantly getting active call notifications-Charge 4

I am constantly getting active call notifications and double text notifications on my Charge 4. My active call notifications are coming every single minute. I don’t want to disable my notifications, because I don’t always have my phone accessible. I like seeing it, but I don’t want my Fitbit vibrating every minute of a call. I also don’t want to have to switch it to do not disturb if I get a call. 

I have tried updating the app, deleting and reinstalling the app, unpairing and then re-pairing with Bluetooth, rebooting my device, clearing user data, etc. I have looked through the forums and have read through/tried all the possible fixes. I used to love my Fitbit and have been a loyal user for over 6 years, but this is so annoying that I am ready to switch to another company. Is there any other option to fix this?

Update: I spoke to customer service. There is no fix. The only help I received was that they would pass on my issue. There is no way to turn off notifications. Now, I am getting call notifications 2x/minute. I am still getting double text notifications within seconds of each other too. So frustrating!
