Mt fitbit stopped working. t just shows a battery icon with an ! mark. I have tried charging and resetting it. Dies anyone know how to contact support without being forced onto Twitter. I have no desire to use twitter. is there an email address? Thanks

Hi! I couldn't find the email address for support. If you have it, could you share it? Also, the chat function is twitter. I've sent messages several times and no one responds.

@RebekahWP I believe they have temporarily withdrawn support by email.
