Core Stats Not Loading On Dashboard

On my dashboard the core stats are not loading. The top left field only shows a spinning wheel. The dashboard does show activity, heartrate, training, weight etc. How can I solve this issue?

Hi there @jtat, it's good to see you around in the Community.

 

I appreciate the comments and feedback. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device.

 

Or try to logout of your Fitbit account and then open it again.
