My charge for has turned black I'm charging for and hardly connects with the charging unit. I tried to clean it with everything that you said to clean it with on your website and nothing has worked it's still black and it's barely charging

What I meant to say was my charging port on my watch has turned black and corroded I tried to clean it with rubbing alcohol and all the other recommendations they tell you. Nothing has worked the battery hardly charges anymore and when it does it dies very quickly I can't get the corrosion off the watch and I can't get the connection to be better also it keeps switching to different screens even though I'm not touching any buttons on my charge for
