Countdown Timer Charge 3

Is there a way to add 5 and 10 second intervals to the Charge 3 countdown timer? Or at least a way to customize the intervals within the Fitbit app? 

It was my favorite feature from the Blaze, and really the sole reason for me getting the Charge 3. The countdown timer on this one just feels incomplete.

Welcome on board @Ramcal, it's nice to have a new member here! Here are the steps to set a timer or stopwatch on your Charge 3:

Time events with the stopwatch:

1. On your device, open the Timer app.
2. If you used the timer previously, tap or swipe right to choose the stopwatch feature.
3. Tap the play icon to start the stopwatch.
4. Tap the pause icon to stop.
5. Tap the reset icon to reset the stopwatch.

Elapsed time with the countdown timer:

1. On your device, open the Timer app. 
2. If you used the stopwatch previously, tap or swipe left to choose the hourglass icon.
3. Tap the screen and then scroll to set the timer. 
4. Press the back button to return to the countdown screen. 
5. Tap the play icon to start. Your device flashes and vibrates when the time allotted is done. 
6. Tap the check mark icon or press the button to stop the alert.

Note that the stopwatch and timer can run at the same time.

is there tricks to easily changing the timer length? scrolling minutes or hours more easily? or just scroll up and down?

Using these instructions, I was able to set the COUNTDOWN timer ,  but for MINUTES only.......  is there a way to set the HOURS ?  or is the timer limited to 60 min. max ?
