Hi. Ive had my Charge 2 since Sept.2017 and the screen has just cracked for no apparent reason. Anybody had this and any solution?

i bought one for my wifes xmas about the same time dec 17 and like you she woke up and the screen had cracked. it seems a common fault and have seen comments that the company were aware of this issue....https://www.mercurynews.com/2018/11/18/my-fitbit-charge-2-cracked-how-can-i-fix-it/
I have still to contact them as I consider it not fit for purpose as it only lasted 13 months and it seems a common fault !

Fair play I’ve emailed them and after sending a photo of damage, at their request, they have agreed to replace or give me 50% off any model except the charge 3.
Ive opted for replacement and hope it lasts longer.

Excellent bud...strange how we get a 2 year warranty!
Just received my replacement pebble now and charging. Fingers crossed.

Europe gets 2 years warranty. This is a massive fault with the charge 2. You will be sent a refurbished pebble that should be ok as long as it connects (lots of people have had problems with the replacements). Try searching the forum. Loads of threads on this.
