Cracked screen: Charge 2

Just to say thanks to Fitbit. The Charge 2 screen obviously has a flaw that means the plastic screen occasionally starts to crack. I bought my device in June 2017. Contacted customer support a few days ago, sent a photo of the damage as requested plus simple details of purchase and within 4 days they have replaced the Fitbit itself (not the strap/charger etc).

Alternatively they offered me 50% off another model of Fitbit but I’m happy with Charge 2 for my needs. I’ll put a plastic protector cover over the new one and see if that helps.
