@Susanscoel It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear about your damaged Charge 2 screen. Like @WendyB said you can contact our Support team for further assistance since this can't be solved through the Community. It does seems that you have already contacted them through email so please let them know the details and information they may need.

Best Answerhave this issue right now with them, the sun caused the screen to crack and its only 59 days out of warranty. In my eyes the they are not fir for purpose. if you cant use your device in the day time during hot weather I think Fitbit should make a recall
