Can I have my cracked screen repaired? How will I go on with doing this?

I'd like to let you know that we do not have any certified repair center to check the screen of your Charge 2, however, I've created a ticket for you to receive assistance directly with your Customer Support team to check your eligibility for a replacement device accordingly to our warranty policies. Therefore, please keep an eye to your email inbox, they'll be in touch with you soon.

 

In the meantime, let me know if you have any additional questions and I'll gladly assist you with them.
