Cracked screen

Hi put my charge 2 on charge last night and woke to a what looks like a crack down the off centre of the screen.

I take very good care of all my gadgets and this is now doing my head in how do you get the screen replaced.

And do fit bit have an explanation as to why this would crack whilst on charge

I can't answer as to how this could have happened as I have never heard of a screen cracking this way. In any event, the tracker cannot be repaired and cracked screens are not covered under the warranty. The best suggestion that I can give you is to get a screen protector and cut it to size to cover the face of the tracker to prevent further damage.
