I’ve just noticed 2 cracks (Not scratches) down the side of screen on my Fitbit. Had it 16 months.  Works fine but can screen be repaired?

Hi @Goldie20  sorry, but there are no repairs for these devices. You might find a third party repair place, but I'm not sure if the cost would be worth it.

Hello @Goldie20 @Ponzi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. Sorry for the late response.

Thank you for sharing that the screen of your Charge 2 devices have a few cracks.

Unfortunately there are no repair centers available at the moment to replace only the screen. However, I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon. Keep an eye on your inbox.

Let me know if you have further questions.

It happen to mine as well...when I left on the kitchen table in the sun cause we have a sky light. I don't think its water proof anymore and I don't want to test it to find out. I'll be purchasing a new Fitbit in the near future...as mine is the Charge 2
