Mine is cracked as well. I'm thinking it may have something to do with how the charger attaches?
Has this issue been resolved with newer Charge models, or is there some way to prevent it from happening?

I have just noticed a cracked screen has appeared on my charge 2- is this a fault with this model?

That's what I'm wondering. Several people on here have the same thing. I don't think the charger is the problem unless it pulls on the sides. Wish Fitbit would respond to this problem. Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S7, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone
