I have a charge 2 and just noticed today that the screen has a vertical crack from the top to the bottom. The watch is still working so I'm wondering if it is possible to get a replacement screen? Having read through the forums this appears to be quite a common problem and obviously a weakness with the product.

Same vertical crack formed in mine. Very small to start but gradually spread to full length. I binned mine and bought a charge 4. I'm resigned to the fact that these fitbits will probably need upgrading every 2-4 years. Now I can't seem to stop getting messages that my charge 2 needs recharging. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to disable the charge 2 please?
