Curve debit card

Does Fitbit no longer support the Curve card? I have just had my Fitbit replaced and the Curve worked on my old one, but hey presto it doesn’t work in the replacement (Charge 3)

I very much doubt that the Curve Bank removed Fitbit pay, you will need to call the help number on the Curve card. Fitbit setup the support system, now it is up to the bank to support Fitbit. 

I don't see Curve in the list.

We might have some insight if we knew what type of error you receive.

It was my new Fitbit that was causing the problem. Curve IS on the list and is now working thanks to an email from Fitbit to talk me through it

Hi, i've configured my curve "virtual" card with my fitbit versa 3 but all the contactless payment are denied. There some extra configuration that i need to make? How didi you resolve the issue you have? tnx,
