Hello Everyone,

Yesterday my Charge 3 Fit Bit stopped letting me set a custom heart rate zone. Which is my main reason for owning the Fit Bit, cause I have several heart conditions. No matter what I do, it just shuts off the custom heart rate option. Has anyone else encountered this issue? And how did you fix it? Also, I have  noticed that I used to be able to for 5 days without charging my Fit Bit, but now I have to charge it every 2 or 3 days. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

MrMarv was kind enough to let me know there’s a bug in the APP that prevents setting a custom HR & that you need to login to the web version to do it. Well, despite me successfully changing it on the web, my HR data doesn’t reflect the change 🙁  

Also...I have the same battery issue as you on my Versa 2 ever since I did the firmware update 9/5/20 😡
