Hello,
My Charge HR 2 Band broke within the warranty period, and I was told that because I reported it after the warranty period (apparently the band warranty period is different than the unit) that they wouldn't do anything for me, after saying over the phone they would try to get me a new band. Now my Charge HR 2 is malfunctioning. It is moving from screen to screen at a frantic pace, and I can't even stop it to check the time. I called Fitbit Customer Service and they sent me a coupon for 25% off a new Fitbit, or 40% off a new Versa Lite in two unpopular colors. I can't really go to a professional job in "marina blue or berry pink."
Does anyone remember when Fitbit customer service sent out a new Fitbit in good faith? I remember telling all of my friends and family about how wonderful and easy they were to work with. Now I've been with Fitbit for over 5 years, but I hate how the units keep failing on me, but I want to keep striving for my fitness goals. I wish I could be sent a new Fitbit, because these replacements are getting expensive and don't seem as durable as advertised. If anyone has any tips, or knows of a good rep to work with, I would rather stay with Fitbit than start with another GPS tracking watch, but am getting discouraged.
I know this won't satisfy you, but you can get Versa Lite bands in wide variety of colors on Amazon at very reasonable prices.
I would have gone with that option, but the colors are on the unit itself, not just the band. My wife described the color options as "hideous" and said "I absolutely CANNOT wear that to work." I value her opinion as she knows more than I when it comes to dress code. 🙂

You contacted them about the band. Now you need to contact them about the device

I would even check band options at Amazon. Many great choices out there
