Hi
I tried calling prior to posting original message. “Systems busy” is all I get for over an hour
No reply on Twitter page - seems nobody is there
It’s disappointing- I was really impressed with quality and customer
service since getting first fit bit but these last 3 months something has
gone wrong
is there any suggestions how I may be able to speak to someone either online or via phone without having to spend hours and hours not getting through on phone and nobody responding to messages on twitter
possibly able to leave a message -??
from other posts this seems to be an increasingly common problem (poor or no light on Fitbit when outside) - surely there is an agreed outcome you can tell us to do ??
thanks - don’t mean to moan but I haven’t been able to see any of my runs for 3 weeks

This is the Fitbit community with people who use a Fitbit device and moderators do reply when they are able.
