I'm having issues and can't see how to send a message to Customer Support, other than through Twitter, which I'm not signed up to.
I've got a Charge 3 which, within a year of purchase, started getting black lines across the screen so I can't view my steps and other info. This has continued for a few months and no amount of switching it off and on etc has helped.
Can anyone offer any suggestions/advice?

Do you ever actually get to chat with anyone? Every time I try it makes me fill in alllll the information, only to claim the last rep has just been snagged, too bad, so sad.
