I got a Fitbit Charge HR for Christmas this year and it broke the other day. I have tried to contact customer service, via live chat and by phone and have yet to receive a response, or any indication that someone is on the other side. Has anyone ever been able to contact fitbit customer service or get their fitbit repaired or replaced? I think I will just a Garmin or other brand, I am so frustrated right now.

I've not had problems contacting customer service by phone.
They replaced the Charge HR I got at Target when it died after 10 months. They did not replace the Charge HR I got on eBay (needs to be a bought from FitBit or an authorized reseller).
