By far the worst I’ve seen. Tried to place an online order yesterday with all the promotions going on. Keep getting “your payment did not go through” error despite trying 3 different cards, PayPal, and 2 different devices throughout the day. Contact customer service chat in the evening- first time get a response “will be with you in a few moments” and then they just leave the chat after I spent 40 minutes waiting. Second one merely reads off the script- clear cache and try a different browser and leaves the chat. None of that worked, same error. Call customer service number this morning- again, scripted response, oh by the way promotion expired sorry. I have screen recordings of the offer, my cart, and obvious error on their website. Response? Promotion expired, sorry. Escalate the call to a supervisor- promotion expired, sorry. How can you not honor it, the issue was with YOUR site?? Oh no, that type of error means problem with your bank. Again, I used 3 different credit cards and PayPal. While successfully making purchases from other sites. But your response “it’s not us, it’s you”???
Extremely frustrated and disappointed, will make time to post negative reviews everywhere I can think of and definitely cancel my premium membership.

Oh and by the way- asked for an email during my call to customer service, because I said I’ll be making a complaint- None received
