I have had nothing but trouble with this stupid FITBIT Charge2 !! And you cannot contact support unless you have a stupid idiot twitter account ... Do not buy charge 2

They do have a chat option and I have found them very helpful

do not buy Fitbit.  the 1st watch band of Fitbit Charge was de-laminated and it was replaced by Fitbit before the warranty was over.  However, the replaced unit also broke less than 1 year after it was replaced.  It is now out of warranty.  The band is a poor quality and not recommended.  You will find plenty of replacement watch bands on the eBay which is the indication that it breaks easily.

Yes the band broke on mine too. Right at the connection so it fell off ... it wouldn’t attach again ... so I had to buy a band ... fit bit quality is not what it used to be ... time to switch brands ...

The quality of FitBit has gone WAY downhill.  I would never recommend FitBit to anyone again. EVER!
