I went out for my usual bike ride this evening and was tracking my exercise like normal. When I got to the top of the hill and stopped, I accidentally closed the FitBit app. I reopened it as I was going to turn around and come home, but it's not letting me open the exercise icon again to let me track it. I have the most up to date version of the app. I have restarted the phone etc. and I get the same problem.
I have checked the other icons on the dashboard and I get the same thing. I can not see how many miles I have done this week when I click it, it just stays on the dashboard and doesn't take me through to the other page.
Any idea why it is doing this? The problem isn't with the phone as that's working fine with me touching it, it seems to just be when I am in the FitBit app.

@FunkyMonarch I'm not sure why the phone app isn't allowing you to touch it, but I just wanted to chime in and let you know that you can track your bike ride with your actual Fitbit watch and don't have to rely on the Fitbit app or worry about keeping the app open.
Just in case you didn't know it was possible. 🙂

I’m having the same issue today. I paused the gps on my walk and when I clicked to start again I get nothing. None of the other things will open either. Did not have this problem until my phone did the update. And there’s no way of getting an answer

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it’s now working. So weird!
