Data Lost When Logged Out

Charge for Fitbit logged me out of my account. I lost all my data and when I called you couldn’t even find my account. I never change the name it’s always been under the same and you could not find it. You guys computer lost my entire data for five years I will never buy another Fitbit  I’m done with you guys and less you can help me.
