Date time not syncing

my fitbit charge 2 date time is not synchronizing with my android mobile though tried  lastly from desktop.

anyone please help /send link to  reset the time.

Hello @somu does your step data sync with your fitbit account?

It worked only through another handset and reinstalling the app.
