So, I'm not sure if it's just time to get a new fitbit. My charge 3 is almost 2 years old. However, here's what's going on. My fitbit was needing charged, it was around 5%ish. Before I got it on the charger it started vibrating intensely like a timer or alarm was going off. I thought that it was just shutting down and needed charged. So, I took it off and put it on the charger. While it was on the charger, the screen went black. My charge 3 is also hot to the touch, while charging, and won't vibrate, to restart. Does anyone have suggestions?

Welcome to the club. It is not a stand alone issue as it’s all over the internet and on the community site. Fitbit knows about it but I guess they don’t know how to fix it🤷:female_sign:. There was an update which I did today and now mine has stopped working. Dead! What now? I don’t know. Will they replace it at almost 2 years old? Again, don’t know. My last one lasted 3 years and my Charge 3 was an upgrade.

I am having the same issue with my Charge 3. Started vibrating at me so I charged it to 86% then it died within 2 hours so I charged it again this time to 99% and then again it died within 2 hours. Charging it again now. I have restarted it and uninstalled/reinstalled my fitbit app. Nothing has worked for me yet.
