Charge 3 flickering & vibrating

My device keeps vibrating & keeps flickering between the clock and screen wake screen.  I've read some of the posts and I've done the recommended steps to trouble shoot the problem but it didn't fix it.

Any fixes for this yet? Mine is no longer updating as well now. And the battery is dying within a few hours since it’s almost always on or vibrating or flashing.

I charged it all night and it’s completely stopped working/responding.

I got a hold of the company and they are sending me a new one.

I called the company and the customer rep helped me troubleshoot it one
more time by changing my clock face and that seems to fix the issue.
