Over the past week my Charge 3 screen has been getting worse and worse with lines of dead pixels across the screen.
I have tried resetting and all other advice but no joy.
I have had this Charge3 for 1 year now. Is there still warranty cover?

Hi Fitbit support,
I have the same problem and I would also like to know how this can be fixed.
The device is shortly over one year old.

My screen is starting to disappear and not had the watch a year yet how do I get a refund this is the second time this has happened
