I searched this topic and it’s marked as solved, but the process did not provide a resolution for me.
I accidentally typed in the wrong weight and now it looks like I earned badges I didn’t.
I contacted Customer Support ok LIVE chat and was told I would get an email to follow up as my issue needed to be tiered somewhere else... but I still haven’t heard back.
Thoughts?

You need to wait for support. They will get back to you. They are the only way to get the badges deleted

I cant answer that I'm sorry. Its a weekend so I'm sure there are less people around. Just be patient.

Welcome to the Community @bringmeabudd! Thanks for sharing the inconvenience that you have with the badges you haven't earned. As @WendyB kindly mentioned Customer Support is the only one that can help you to delete those badges, as you have already a case open I will appreciate if you can wait a little bit longer as your situation has been escalated as you were told. They will be in contact with you as soon as they can.

I accidentally entered my weight incorrectly and now my Fitbit says I earned badges I didn't earn. Can you please delete them? Thank you.

I did the same thing and in the past they would delete the badges no problem but now they can't. I would like to delete my badges but I can't and I really don't want to delete my account I've had for almost 9 years I think.
