I want to start fresh on a previously owned Charge. How do I delete the old data and start fresh.

Hello @Sugar7141 I see that you are posting from a newly made Fitbit account.
Simply add the Charge to your account. Doing this will reset the tracker.
Data is stored in the Fitbit account, not the tracker.
