I’ve just purchased a new Charge 3 and would like to delete all my old details from my old Charge 2. Please can anyone help? I tried just deleting the Charge 2 but that didn’t work.

May I ask why?

 

If you gift it to someone else the info will be deleted then

Thank you for replying. I just wasn’t happy at leaving my data on the ‘pebble’ so wanted to clear it. This is all new to me but I managed to find out how to do it so everything is sorted now. Thank you so much for responding. 

I’m still on a steep learning curve with my Fitbit. 😊
