Hi folks,
I have recently upgraded my iPhone from iPhone 7 to iPhone 11. I realize that my fitbit is unable to sync when using the Fitbit app in my iPhone 11 (operated by iOS 13.5). I have then removed my device from my profile in the attempt to try setting up my Charge 2 as a new device. However, my iphone is unable to detect my charge 2. I have tried using the Windows Fitbit app to setup my charge 2 as new device too. But it won't work as well.
Anyone can offer me some help? Thank you.

Hi, and welcome to the Community!
Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
Best AnswerHey @CTCT hope you are doing well! And again, welcome. I suggest and you can also try disconnecting your charge 2 from bluetooth, restarting your phone and then reconnecting to bluetooth.
I hope your charge 2 gets back to working properly!
