A few times I've had my device and app not match on the hours moving. My device shows I've gotten the 250 steps for the hour but when I sync it with my phone, it's not showing the same thing. I walk way more than 250 steps per hour. Anyone else having this issue? Of course I don't notice it until later in the day when it's too late.

I am having the same issue! My device the charge 3 shows I got my 250 steps but the app says I didn’t. I have tried everything from restarting the app, reinstalling it, turning off and on Bluetooth, restarting the phone. Everything else syncs fine.
