My Charge 2 is a few years old. It has not been mistreated but it suddenly stopped working and has a black screen. It will not charge and only gets hot. I have tried the suggested charging for 2 hours and then pressing the button and it doesn’t restart. Any other suggestions? My app now says no internet connection. Let me
know if there is a way to fix this.

same thing is happening to me. charged it over night thought it was good and now nothing. same charger and lap top I have always used. however the app indicates the battery is full. nothing on the screen
