Device not charging

My Fitbit Charge 2 will not charge.  I plug in and it use to show battery with ? in it but now shows nothing.  I tried doing rubbing alcohol.  Not sure if it is charger or fitbit that is broken.  Any help? I miss it.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.

I tried reset but face is still showing nothing. Before the Fitbit charge 2 went dead I saw battery with ? on it. Now it shows nothing and won’t restart or even show charging. Is it the charger that is broken or the Charge 2 itself?  Is there anything else I can do?

Forgot no heart rate showing. Nothing is showing up. It is black
