Fitbit lost charge after not wearing over Christmas. Recharged it & both green lights on back flashing but display stuck on first screen. Allowed to loose charge & recharged - totally dead. Any ideas 15m old never had a problem before

Have tried all of the help suggestions nothing works. Cannot undersrand how it has suddenly stopped DidiSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
