My fitbit charge 2 will no longer sync either via my pc or my phone. I have an LG Q7+ and I heard somewhere that fitbit will no longer sync with that phone. This seems to be the case. I recently went to the east coast and it took days to force a sync, this is ridiculous. I do not need a device that will not work easily with my phone. I will probably junk this and look at other devices from other companies. I am finished with Fitbit. By the way the instructions on the Fitbit site go nowhere. I plan to post my comment on other sites.

Welcome to the Community Forums @edwardlc.
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep in mind that the LG Q7+ is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience connection difficulties with it. Thanks for the feedback that was shared in your post.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

The "syncing procedures" page just says the device should sync. It does not tell you how to troubleshoot.
