Hello fitbit team,
My name is Rodolfo from Manila Philippines. I have charge 2 my cousin bought this in Arizona way back 2018 july. Ive been using this gadjet for a yr now. Howver, just thia end of july my fitbit starting to malfunction. By not synching with my vivo v9. Also my charge 2 is out dated. My dashboard is no longer available. I sent email to youre team for assistance but still nothing happend with all the troublesht we did. To youre engineering team i am asking for help to get this checked and see why my charge 2 is synching with my phone. Its been 2mons. Now since i cannot use my charge 2. Please i need youre help.

Hi @Domared38 - I’m sorry you are having these problems. The engineering team does not read the posts on this forum. It would be better to contact Support again. Follow up with them. Hopefully they can help. But the problem may be that your phone is not compatible with Fitbit. It is not on the list of compatible devices. Please make sure that your phone has been updated to the latest OS. Also, check your fitbit app has been updated to the latest version. Finally, restart your charge 2. Good luck.
