Device not connected in account

Need some help my Fitbit has disappeared from my account on the app and won't contact but my Fitbit still works as if it was connected. In a weird limbo

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? First, I recommend you to uninstall the Fitbit app from your phone and then forget the Charge 2 from the Bluetooth settings. Next, please re-install the app and follow the steps from: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to setup your device
