Hi, I have a fitbit charge 2 and this morning it starts flickering through the options and always lands on relax. I have tried to reset it, but it does not help. Is there anything you can do to help? I love my fitbit and would hate to get a new one. Thanks!

My fitbit was also running through the  settings and settled on the stopwatch.  Now, a week later, its been on charge overnight but its not coming on at all

Let me help you with your Charge 2 flicking through menu options. @Jody_styx thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

@Lrh3m please try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.
