I was working out using Nintendo switch (combination of fitness boxing and ring fit adventure. Go ahead judge me for it) and I’ve noticed that for the period I was working out Fitbit recorded 0 calories. The heart rate for the time period was recorded fine so Fitbit must’ve recognized as being worn. It did not record any active minutes or exercise but that may be due to the unorthodox nature of using fitness games (I’ve added the exercise period manually)
I just find it weird that it recorded 0 burnt calories when Fitbit always record the calories burnt while resting. Wouldn’t it have something in the burnt calories section even if it didn’t recognize that I was exercising?

Hi @WaTlvr, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that your Charge 2 didn't recorded calories burned during your workouts. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Does this occur with a specific exercise or with all of them? Are you using the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature of your device to track the exercise or you select it directly from your Charge 2 exercise shortcuts? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your device to refresh its performance.
Keep me posted and let me know if you experience the same issue again.

Hi Ricardo,
Yes, this is the first (and only time so far) this happened.
My Fitbit dashboard is showing 0 calories from 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm.
For this particular day, I was hoping that my fitbit will recognize my movement from fitness boxing game (my punches and other boxing moves) as something so I didn't start the activity tracker manually.
I've exercised using the same two gamecersizing games (ring fit adventure and fitness boxing) today and it was calculating calories fine (however, I did start the exercise period manually unlike last time).

Thanks for your reply @WaTlvr, sorry for the delay in responding.
Seems odd that this occurred once but I'm really happy to know that it was that way and that your Charge 2 is logging the activity as it was designed. For the information that was unfortunately not logged, please check our help article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities? to manually log the activity into your account.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
