When trying to sync I get the message, no device found,

I am also having major syncing issues with a new phone. Android

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

 

@SunsetRunner do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone

Have had the same problem, having switched to the Samsung A20e.  Turns out that it's one of the newer phones that's not compatible with Fitbit - "yet"...:(

Thank you for your help. I am looking into those and other links in the
help section. It is all a bit too hard. But a work in progress for now. If
I cannot resolve it myself, I will get in touch with support as you
suggested. Thanks again 🙂

Ahhh, I just got the Samsung A20, so it may be the same...Oh, no. Do we
have a timeframe for updates?
