The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
@SunsetRunner do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone
Best AnswerHave had the same problem, having switched to the Samsung A20e. Turns out that it's one of the newer phones that's not compatible with Fitbit - "yet"...:(
